How to Prepare Your Files
We can accept many file formats but to ensure the best results and the fastest turn-around on your job here are some tips for preparing your files for production.
File Formats: PDF is preferred but we can also accept Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (When submitting native files be sure that you have linked and included all files and fonts, and zipped your file folder for transit.)
Images: 300dpi in a CMYK color space: tiff, eps, or jpeg. (minimum of 150dpi)
Bleeds: 1/8" (0.125") "bleed" around the entire image.
Color: CMYK, RGB, and Spot Colors are all acceptable. Please, be sure to only use Pantone colors to name the spot colors you want to be printed.
Fonts: TrueType and Postscript fonts are dependable. Avoid Composite fonts and fonts not from a reputable supplier.

Please allow up to 1 business day for this connection to be authorized and initiated.

You will receive a File Request Link via email.

You will need to create a username and password, which may be used for future projects.

Boone Graphics secure HIPAA workflow includes, at a minimum, all requirements by the US Department of Health and Human Services for ePHI and PHI security, reporting, transfer, storage, etc… This includes, but is not limited to, employee training, minimum necessary access, encryption protocols, access tracking via log files, etc…
All quality control policies, procedures, work instructions, and documented training fall under our ISO 9001:2008 certification.
All ePHI and PHI fall under our PHI policy and policies specific to Boone Graphics role as a Healthcare Clearing House.
For any additional information, records, clarification, audit requests, or requests to enter into a Subcontractor Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Boone Graphics, please contact our Privacy Officer, Dave Tanner.
For clients wishing to use their preferred secure file transfer protocol, Boone Graphics will qualify and authorize the connection to ensure the data remains secure to the Dept of HHS requirements.
